Ingredients
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup dessicated coconut
  • 125 grams butter
  • 1 tbsp golden syrup
  • 1 pinch salt
Method
  1. Pre-heat over to 150 degrees celcius

  2. Place butter and syrup in a microwaveable mixing bowl

  3. Melt in microwave until butter soft

  4. Add in all other ingredients and mix with a wooden spoon

  5. Rolls mixture into balls and place on a baking tray 

  6. Bake for 20 minutes 

  7. Enjoy
