Chocolate chia pudding

Ingredients
  • 2 bananas
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 1 1/2 cups skim milk
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
Method
  1. Stir chia and 1/2 cup of skim milk in a bowl then leave to rest 

  2. Meanwhile, place bananas, cocoa and remaining 1 cup of milk in a blender and blend until smooth

  3. Stir blended mixture into chia bowl. Make sure to stir well so that the chia seeds distribute throughout the mixture 

  4. Divide into 6 small jars 

  5. Serve with fresh fruit, or whatever takes your fancy!
