I was hesitant to post this up here as it’s not exactly a recipe but it is one of my go-to meals when I’m in an ultimate rush. And I do really enjoy it when I need a treat. I literally just grab some drive thru KFC tenders on the way home from work and plate them up when I get home with some iceberg lettuce and cherry tomatoes. And it’s delicious!
I know fast food is often seen as being very unhealthy but I do believe in moderation you can make it work. Skip all the extra deals with chips, bread buns and soft drinks and it’s not as bad as you’d think I swear. I certainly don’t do this on the regular but here and there when I’m overtired and need a treat it’s a good go-to ๐
- 3 KFC original chicken tenders
- 1 KFC aioli dipping sauce
- 1 cup iceberg lettuce
- 4 cherry tomatoes

Place iceberg lettuce and cherry tomatoes on a plate

Place hot chicken tenders on top

Drizzle with aioli sauce (or you can keep the aioli in a bowl and dip your tenders in it)
